Muay Thai, also named as Thai Boxing, is quoted to be the “most distinguished art of fighting”. With a history of more than 2000 years, Muay Thai is not only an effective way of self-defense, but also a means of spiritual enhancement. After completing this course, participants should find improvements in both of their physical condition as well as their inner-selves.

Boxing
Boxing is a combat sport in which two boxers throw punches at each other. Boxing requires strength, speed, reflexes, endurance, and willpower. Our training will focus on punching technique, defense technique, footwork, boxing reflexes and strategy. The boxing workouts and exercises can help improving participants' muscle strength resulted with an enhanced overall athleticism and strong mind.

Fencing-Foil beginner
Fencing is a sport that combines mind, skill and strength. It always appears as a mysterious sport. Through practice of blade work and footwork, participants can enhance their strength and agility. The beginner course provides a glimpse of the art of fencing through introduction of different swords, rules, attack and defense skills through practices and duels. Do come to enjoy the fun of fencing through practice and real competition.
