B-Active Membership Registration Step by Step Guide

Please install the HKU B-Active app on your phone and make use of it to submit an application. We will contact you for more details after receiving your application.

Currently, B-Active only offers top-up membership for HKU Alumni holding valid CSE sports membership.

Upon successful application, B-Active membership cannot be cancelled and the fee paid is thus non- refundable. Also, there will be no freezing of membership to be offered to members if they are out of Hong Kong, even for a prolonged period.

The membership is non-transferrable.

The processing time of membership application normally be within 10 working days However, if the required documents / photos submitted in your online application are not in order or there is a need to clarify with you some of the application / card issuance matters, there may be a delay in your application processing.

CSE does not offer any membership trial period, but interested applicants can approach us to arrange a brief visit to the fitness centre before deciding to join the membership or not.

Members have to present the membership card and QR code generated by the B-Active membership app installed in their phone to access to B-Active.

Members are not allowed to bring to guests to use B-Active.

Yes, members can enjoy a discount for joining our classes taking our testing / assessment services. Please contact our staff for more details if necessary.

There are shower facilities and lockers at B-Active and members can use them free of charge on a has first-come, first-served basis. However, towel, shampoo and shower gel will not be provided at B-Active.

Members can use B-Active as per the following workout sessions we offer throughout a day. B-Active opens from 7:30am to 10:00pm (Mon-Fri); from 7:30am to 8:15pm (Sat). B-Active is closed all day on Sundays.

10:30 – 11:00 (Closed for cleaning)
11:00 – 14:00 (no booking required)
14:00 – 15:00 (Closed for cleaning)
15:00 – 16:45 (no booking required)
16:45 – 17:00 (Closed for cleaning)
17:00 – 18:30 Booking required
18:45 – 20:15 Booking required
20:30 – 22:00 Booking required
